Crazy Fast

They always have crazy fast service at Panchos. Everything here is great. Usually get a burrito but their daily specials are solid too. Nachos are ginormous and delicious. They also have great margaritas.

mmmm chicken burritos

Pancho's isn't big but they have great chicken burritos. The prices are really reasonable and the owners are super nice and inviting. The restaurant is always really clean. Great atmosphere.

Tortillas!!!

Homemade tortillas. I repeat, homemade tortillas! They are fantastic. And they made fantastic chips. Whatever you order, make sure it comes in a tortilla. Preferably a burrito because they are MASSIVE and big enough for two meals.

It's always been clean inside when I visit and I love that it's next to Smart N Final so I can go grocery shopping when I'm full and don't spend as much money.

As Good As It Gets

I'm not a fan of most of the mexican food in slo but panchos is pretty good. This place is about as good as it gets for a classic burrito.

Authentic Mexican

There is not much authentic Mexican in SLO. It's surprising, but true. This place is the closest I've found, so when I'm craving some tacos al pastor - this the place to be.

Don't forget their salsa - it's spicy and best rated by Mustang News! If you don't like spicy food, ask for the salsa to be on the side.

I've had enchiladas and wet burritos here too, all reliable Mexican food with rice and beans. You won't find much alcohol here though. No draft, only bottled beer and I'm not sure about margaritas.
